The first is a software program that allows us to download a picture of the project site and interchange thousands of different patterns, colors and finishes. Thus, allowing our clients a better look at the larger picture. In addition, we provide (for a minimum fee to cover the cost of materials used), sample boards so as to get a better feel for the finished product. We want every customer to be truly elated with there unique, one of a kind surface.

Stamped and toweled down overlays can create the authentic look and feel of stone, brick, tile, slate and more to nearly any existing concrete surface. Ideal for driveways and patios. Splatter textures add an aesthetic color pattern and non-slip texture to nearly any existing concrete surface. Ideal for pool decks and sidewalks.

Applications such as thin stamped, troweled down, and smooth finish overlays and acid staining are quickly becoming the specified floor covering for commercial and residential flooring where high traffic yet custom finishes are desired. Ideal for retail stores, shopping malls, office complexes and elegant residential flooring.

Surface restoration of pitted and deteriorated concrete. Typical repair is 1/8* thick over the entire surface and can be finished with a smooth troweledsurface or a conventional broom finished texture. Regrading and restoration of uneven and trip hazard concrete. Regrading can range from several inches thick down to a feathered edge.
Cleaning and maintenance of existing concrete surfaces. Cleaning and sealing of standard, colored, or stamped concrete restores color and protects surface for years to come.

Thin Stamped Overlays
This application is one of the most popular. Until now, to obtain the look and feel of stone, slate and various tile in a concrete surface, you needed to pour a new concrete slab and then stamp the freshly poured concrete with embossing tools. Although this may be the ideal application for new concrete pours, what about concrete surfaces that are already existing? Thin stamped overlays are the answer. Imagine being able to apply a 1/4" to 3/8" layer of polymer cement over an existing concrete surface (new pour or old deteriorated slab) then stamping the thin layered polymer cement material to give the permanent and realistic look of stone, slate and tile just like conventional stamped concrete.

Trowel Down Finishes
These applications are alternatives to thin stamped overlays, lacking the authenticity and overall depth. However, trowel downs can be done in a wide variety of textures and finishes that are each unique and beautiful. Trowel down are probably the most versatile of all the finishes.
Splatter Textures and Knockdown Finishes
These applications are the traditional decorative resurfacing designs and textures. Splatter textures are typically applied with a air powered hopper gun and more are commonly applied to pool decks, driveways, patios, etc. giving the property added beauty, added slip resistance, and added durability. Although stone, slate and tile finishes can be easily installed like thin stamped overlays, the actual texture is slightly less authentic looking but more textured to provide a non-slip texture.
Custom Interior Flooring
These applications may include extremely smooth or moderately textured finishes in virtually limitless color and design combination. Commercial grade sealer systems may be required to ensure high traffic wear ability. These applications are widely used in casinos, malls, offices, hotels, retail stores, residential floors and anywhere in place of conventional tile, terrazzo, quarry, etc.
Concrete Repair & Resurfacing
The basis behind the application is to repair/restore/resurface pitted, flaked, deteriorated or poorly finished concrete that would otherwise need torn out and replaced. Normal applications are applied 1/32" to 1/4" thick with thicker applications being optional if needed. Finished applications look as if new concrete was poured, yet offer increased levels of performance including: resistance to chemicals, salt, petrochemicals, UV, water resistance and more. Because of the inexpensive cost of this application, it is becoming the standard for surface repair.
Acid Staining
This finish offers a variegated, rustic look for interior or exterior surfaces. Colors are translucent and uneven by design. This is not a paint or colored glaze. True acid stains are made up of water, acid, and metallic salts. This combination penetrates and reacts with the free lime in concrete, permanently changing the color of the surface giving it a one of a kind look.

Whether you are new to the business, considering getting into the business or are a seasoned contractor, we recommend you to attend one of our highly regarded training seminars to get the full exposure to the benefits and application of our products and finishes. Elite Crete Systems training seminars are two days of extensive hands-on instruction and honest discussion. The goal for each seminar is to get you started by teaching all of the basic aspects of the various finishes, systems & products, effective marketing techniques & business development. In addition, we will discuss product chemical composition and product specification history to ensure your companies understanding, success and longevity.

We have specifically designed our training seminars to be "real world" instruction so a person with the right skills can immediately begin to install beautiful finishes while creating a profit. As with any skilled trade, practice makes perfect. We recommend new contractors start with samples or projects for themselves to perfect their techniques before marketing finishes professionally, but the training class is a must for understanding the basics, and why we require certain key steps to be followed.
The price of the seminar is $250 for the first person, and $200 for each additional. We require a $50 per person deposit to reserve your seat. There are no further obligations, minimum purchases, etc. We are here to provide you the best product for the job, when you need it, not to sell you a "business in a box" or a "start up package". We conduct a hybrid basic / advanced class - we teach from a beginners perspective, but we also teach what our manufacturer would consider advanced techniques. Our philosophy is that everyone who hasn't used Elite Crete is a beginner with our systems and therefore the basics will be thoroughly covered, but we also teach advanced topics to ensure those with the ability to become a professional contractorscan be as successful as fast as their talent and motivation will allow. Our seminars are not "dog and pony show" demonstrations, they are two days of hands on experience and open dialog with contractors who have made their living installing Elite Crete systems.

The training runs Friday and Saturday from 8:30am to between 3:30 and 4:30. We provide lunch both Friday and Saturday. You will leave with the knowledge and confidence to install any of our overlay applications - thin stamped overlays, splatter textures, thin stained micro-finish, and trowel textures. You will take home sample boards that you and your classmates will create during the class, a binder complete with all technical data, mixing ratios, coverage charts, cost per square foot data, and a complete product pricing catalog. Most importantly, you will leave confident that Elite Crete will provide the technical and logistical support you require as a professional contractor. You will see first hand what sets us apart. We take great pride in the level of personal service we provide our contractors.

The course is hands-on and instructive in nature; wear work clothes. Click here for general course content from our corporate site, and keep in mind that we conduct a hybrid basic / advanced class - from a beginner's perspective, but we also teach what our manufacturer would consider advanced techniques. As an attendee of an Elite Crete of Kentucky seminar, you'll get elements of both the basic and advanced curriculums.

We look forward to working with you.
